All personal information that you may share with us is kept absolutely private and secure in an encrypted fashion on our dedicated servers. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.

Types of personal information we may gather

When you place an order, you give us your name, address, phone number or e-mail address plus credit card information. We do store in a secure fashion your name and shipping address, credit card and billing information.

Catalog Requests
We need your name and address in order to mail you a catalog. We also require a phone or e-mail contact, in case the address is wrong. To stop receiving catalogs, simply call 877-437-6278.

Our Business Partners
In order to ship and track merchandise, we make our customers name and address available to such companies as FedEx, and other shipping and freight companies as needed.

Return Policy

At SmarTech Outdoors, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return the merchandise within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you, and we will issue a refund of your purchase price or credit you toward the purchase of a product of your choice. Merchandise needs to be in resalable condition and should be packed in its original box.  After the 30 day period from purchase date, no returns will be accepted without a return authorization.

Holiday Return Policy
We are happy to offer an extended return eligibility period for orders placed during the holiday season. All orders placed between November 25th and December 25th of the same year may be returned prior to January 31st of the following year.

Return Procedure
SmarTech offers a 30-day no hassle return policy that gives our customers plenty of time to make sure the product fits your needs. After 30 days from the purchase date, no returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.

To return merchandise, fill out the return information on the back of the packing slip and send it with the product to:

Please indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken (exchange or refund). For your protection, please insure your package for its full value. Unfortunately, we cannot accept parcels sent via freight, collect, or COD. Customers wishing to make a return are responsible for the costs associated with shipping the product back to our facilities.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or replacement item will be processed within 7-10 business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. The returned item must be in resalable condition, meaning it must be in the same condition in which you received it, and it must be in its original box and/or packaging.

Damaged Items
If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately. You must contact us within 15 business days of receiving a damaged order. This is the deadline our shipper gives us for filing damage claims. If you wait longer than 15 days, we will need to charge a 15% replacement fee, because of the additional cost to us.

In order for your damage claim to be processed as quickly as possible, please provide us with a photo of the damage so we can work through the proper channels.

Please be very careful when opening your new packages, as we will not be responsible for damage caused by cutting the overwrap. Covers that have been sliced during unpacking cannot be returned to us for a full refund.

Order Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped or while it is in transit are responsible for all shipping costs and fees incurred to cancel or reschedule the shipment plus a 10% restocking fee. Please be aware that we try very hard to ship orders immediately, often within 24 hours. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER YOU MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY, as you will be responsible for all costs associated with restocking and rerouting the shipment.

Return Authorization Forms Required (Defective or lost return form)
To Return or exchange merchandise you must have a return authorization form or use the form provided with your shipment. To obtain a form please contact our customer service department by emailing our representative at or by calling toll free 877-437-6278. Our representative will email you a return authorization number, and a Return Authorization Form.
